Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing fresh accusations in a new civil lawsuit, in which a woman claims he drugged and sexually assaulted her. The case, filed under the alias Jane Doe in New York, adds to the growing list of lawsuits—making it the 12th accusation within the last year.
The lawsuit alleges that from 2020 to 2024, Doe was coerced into consuming alcohol and unknown drugs during several encounters with Combs. It describes an incident in April 2022, where Combs allegedly forced Doe into non-consensual intercourse. On another occasion, Doe recalls waking up with bruises and bite marks without memory of how she sustained the injuries.
A particularly harrowing episode in July 2022 resulted in Doe becoming pregnant after being sexually assaulted while under the influence of ketamine. The lawsuit states that one of Combs’ associates pressured her into having an abortion, although she later miscarried.
The complaint also details an incident in July 2024, where Combs allegedly forced Doe to take pills upon her arrival at his Miami residence. Doe claims she became disoriented after drinking water that “tasted strange” and awoke the following morning feeling unwell and confused, with no memory of what transpired.
Doe expressed fear for her life, stating that Combs regularly harassed her through phone calls and texts, and she believed her movements were being monitored. She also reportedly witnessed Combs physically abuse other women.
Marie Napoli, Doe’s attorney, highlighted the entertainment industry’s long history of exploitation, stating, “Celebrities must be held accountable for their actions. Fame and fortune do not exempt anyone from facing the consequences of abuse.”
Combs, who is already facing federal charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transporting women for prostitution, has pleaded not guilty and remains in federal custody. This new lawsuit joins 11 other ongoing cases against him, with one previously settled.
